ECAT offers the latest in mobile cardiovascular telemetry. In addition to capturing patient-activated recordings, the device also continuously records and analyzes a patient's ECG in real-time and, upon discovery of rhythm disturbances, automatically and wirelessly sends data for professional review for up to 30 days. All recorded ECG data is retrievable!

This small, lifestyle friendly device operates on 1(one) 1.5V standard "AA" alkaline battery, providing up to 5 days of continuous use per battery. In addition to patient and auto-triggered ECG data, the monitor provides for trending bins as well as 24 hours of full disclosure upon request.

The ECAT is not only cleared by the FDA for wireless arrhythmia detection but it is also reimbursed by Medicare!

How it Works:

The doctor fills out the ECAT enrollment form. This form is located in CMSAccess or we can fax one to your office.
An ECAT representative will then contact the patient and setup a hookup and training time. The patient will be trained on use of the equipment and a communication check will be done between the ECAT device and service center
Continuous real-time ECG data analysis as patients go about their daily activities. Patient activated and auto-triggered events will be sent to the service center
ECAT daily and study overview reports of monitoring results, graphing heart rate and cardiac rhythm data and trends are sent to the patient’s physician
